How to Get Your Pay Stub From ALDI

ALDI publishes no pay stub portal, and ptp.aldi.us is a produce supplier system, not MyHR. What MyALDI really is, and how former staff request records.

ALDI US does not publish a self-service pay stub portal, and the address nearly every guide gives you is not one. ptp.aldi.us, printed all over the web as "MyHR ALDI", is ALDI's Produce Tendering Platform - a supplier system for produce vendors. MyALDI, at myaldi.com, is genuinely ALDI's: it redirects to a Staffbase employee app carrying company news and internal links. Pay records themselves run through your store and your district, not through a public login, and that route is the one to plan around.

If you no longer work there

ALDI publishes no alumni portal, and no ALDI-owned page found in this check offers former-employee self-service, so this is a phone-and-people route rather than a login. Call the store you worked at and ask to be put through to the district manager's office or the divisional HR team - ALDI runs US operations through regional divisions, and that is where employment records for a given store are handled. Have your employee number, your dates of employment and the exact pay dates you need written down before you call; asking for "my pay stubs" without dates is what turns a five-minute request into weeks. Put the request in writing afterwards so there is a record of what you asked for. Be aware that the two addresses most often handed to former ALDI employees online are useless: ptp.aldi.us is a produce supplier system, and myhr.aldi.us and hr.aldi.us lead nowhere at all - there is no page behind either one for a browser to open. If what you actually need is annual totals rather than individual statements, an IRS wage and income transcript reports the W-2 data an employer filed - but it will not reproduce a pay stub.

Addresses that no longer work

  • ptp.aldi.us, widely published as "MyHR ALDI" or the ALDI employee login — Loads a real login page at its sign-in path - the bare address ptp.aldi.us on its own returns a page-not-found error, which is worth knowing if you type it and think the site is down. But it is the wrong system entirely. The sign-in page it does serve is a PrimeFaces form whose header reads "Produce Tendering Platform [us] DEFAULT", with legal notice, privacy and security-policy links belonging to the ALDI SOUTH group - a tendering tool for produce suppliers. It asks only for "Login" and "Password". There is no payroll, pay stub or W-2 function behind it, and an employee number will not get you in.
  • myhr.aldi.us and hr.aldi.us — Nothing is served at either one. The names themselves exist - aldi.us answers for any name you put in front of it, including one invented for this check - but neither publishes a web address, so a browser never opens a connection and you get nothing at all. That gap is exactly how these two end up in link roundups: an automated check sees a reply to the name and records it as alive, and nobody ever tried loading the page.

What MyALDI is, and what it is not

myaldi.com answers with a 301 to myaldius.staffbase.com and loads as "MyALDI USA", ALDI-branded, built on Staffbase - the employee-communications platform, not a payroll system. Its public face is company news and press coverage; a sign-in button unlocks the internal side, with the page noting that authorised MyALDI USA users get additional features once logged in. Treat it as the internal noticeboard it is. Nothing on the public side offers a pay statement, a W-2, or a tax-withholding form, and no amount of digging through it will produce one.

How a produce supplier login became "the ALDI HR portal"

Go to ptp.aldi.us's sign-in page and you get a PrimeFaces login whose page header reads "Produce Tendering Platform [us] DEFAULT", with legal and security-policy links belonging to the ALDI SOUTH group. It is a buying-side tool for produce suppliers to tender against ALDI's requirements. It asks for a login and a password, which is apparently all it took: several employee-portal roundups describe it as the ALDI HR login, repeating each other's wording. The same pages list myhr.aldi.us and hr.aldi.us, and neither of those has a web address behind it at all - type either one and your browser never reaches anything to display.

Frequently asked questions

Is ptp.aldi.us where ALDI employees get pay stubs?

No. It loads a login page titled "Produce Tendering Platform [us] DEFAULT" - ALDI's produce-tendering system for suppliers, with ALDI SOUTH group legal notices attached. There is no payroll function behind it, and an employee number will not sign you in. Several employee-portal roundups list it as "MyHR ALDI" anyway; that appears to be one error copied repeatedly, and it is the single most common mistake about ALDI pay stubs.

Can I see my pay in the MyALDI app?

MyALDI USA is ALDI's real employee app, but its purpose is internal communication - news, company updates and internal links - and it is built on Staffbase, a comms platform rather than a payroll one. The public side of myaldi.com shows no pay function at all, and ALDI's customer help site at help.aldi.us has no employee section either; it covers orders, gift cards and store questions. Ask in your store which system holds your statements.

How do I get an ALDI pay stub after I have left?

Through people, not a portal. ALDI publishes no alumni self-service, so call the store you worked at and ask to be put through to the district manager's office or divisional HR, which is where employment records for that store are handled. Have your employee number, dates of employment and the exact pay dates ready. If you only need annual totals rather than individual stubs, an IRS wage and income transcript reports W-2 data - but it does not reproduce a pay stub.
