If you no longer work there

Former employees use the same Amazon A to Z login (atoz.amazon.work or the A to Z mobile app) with their Amazon alias — Amazon's own app description says the app is for people "currently working with us, or you're a former Amazonian" and that you can "Keep track of your documents, even after leaving Amazon." If the alias or password no longer works, the login page's own "Get help" panel has a "Forgot alias?" self-service flow and lists the Employee Resource Center (ERC) as the human fallback: United States +1 (888) 892-7180.

Addresses that no longer work

• "EHR" / Amazon employee human resources website — Dead — no DNS record at all (NXDOMAIN, dig returns no A record). Same for www.ehr.amazon.com, ehr.amazon.work and amazonehr.com. Competitors still publish this: querysprout.com/amazon-check-stub/ (HTTP 200, dated "2026") instructs employees to "login into the EHR website" and says W-2s print "from the EHR website". There is no such host.
• amazonatoz.com / atozamazon.com (mistaken for the A to Z login) — Not the employee portal. HTTPS times out (connect timeout on 3.33.139.32, curl exit 28). HTTP returns 301 Moved Permanently -> http://www.amazon.com/ref=as_li_ss_tl?...&tag=amznipops-20 — i.e. the consumer shopping site with an affiliate tag. Identical behavior on atozamazon.com. WHOIS: Registrar MarkMonitor Inc., Registrant Organization "Amazon Technologies, Inc.", created 2006-05-27 — Amazon owns it, but it serves no A to Z login. The real portal is atoz.amazon.work.
• signin.adp.com "with your Amazon credentials" (claimed corporate/management payroll) — Resolves and returns HTTP 200, but it is ADP's own sign-in property (170.146.237.72), not an Amazon system — Amazon A to Z aliases are not ADP credentials. thepaystubs.com/blog/paystubs/amazon-paystub (HTTP 200) tells corporate and management employees "Pay may run through ADP instead of the AtoZ system... try signing in at signin.adp.com with your Amazon credentials." No Amazon-published source I fetched mentions ADP. (For reference, ADP's real employee entry point my.adp.com 302s to online.adp.com/olp/login.html.)
• MyHR / myhr.amazon.com — Dead — NXDOMAIN, no A record. Also dead: ess.amazon.com, employee.amazon.com, paystub.amazon.com, atoz.amazon.com, amazonatoz.work (all NXDOMAIN).
• hr.amazon.com (Amazon corporate HR intranet) — Live but unusable from outside Amazon: HTTP 307 -> https://midway-auth.amazon.com/SSO/redirect?... (Amazon's internal Midway SSO). inside.amazon.com behaves the same way (307 -> idp.federate.amazon.com). These are badge/corporate-network systems, so a departed employee cannot retrieve pay records there.
• Old A to Z deep links (login moved to its own host) — 302 Found -> https://atoz-login.amazon.work/login?source=... — the sign-in form now lives on atoz-login.amazon.work, not on atoz.amazon.work. The redirect works, so old links still land correctly, but the host shown in the address bar differs from what most guides print.

Where Amazon pay stubs actually live

The portal is Amazon A to Z, at https://atoz.amazon.work. Requesting that address returns a redirect to atoz-login.amazon.work, so the domain in your address bar will not match the one most guides print. That is normal, not a phishing page. The sign-in field asks for your Amazon alias, the short internal username Amazon issued you, not your personal email; underneath it the login page offers separate entry points for people who deliver packages to customers, people who accepted a job offer from a recruiter, and customer service associates (CSGO). Amazon's own App Store listing for the A to Z app, published by AMZN Mobile LLC, lists checking your pay details among the things the app does, and Amazon's hiring site tells new hires to set up their employee account on the Amazon A to Z app. If you are still employed there, that is the whole answer: A to Z on the web or in the app.

Old Amazon portals that no longer work

This is where most pages about Amazon pay stubs go wrong, so check your bookmark against this list. ehr.amazon.com, the old "EHR" employee site, has no DNS record at all today, and neither do www.ehr.amazon.com, ehr.amazon.work or amazonehr.com; guides published as recently as 2026 still tell Amazon employees to log into the EHR website and print W-2s there, and there is no such host to log into. myhr.amazon.com is dead the same way, as are ess.amazon.com, employee.amazon.com, paystub.amazon.com, atoz.amazon.com and amazonatoz.work. Two addresses look right but are not the portal: amazonatoz.com and atozamazon.com are genuinely registered to Amazon Technologies, Inc. through MarkMonitor and have been since 2006, but over HTTPS the connection times out, and over plain HTTP they redirect to the Amazon shopping site with an affiliate tag attached, so there is nothing to sign into. hr.amazon.com and inside.amazon.com are live but redirect to Amazon's internal Midway and federate sign-in systems, which are corporate-network tools you cannot reach from outside. Some guides also send corporate and management staff to signin.adp.com to sign in with their Amazon credentials: that site belongs to ADP, not Amazon, and an Amazon A to Z alias is not an ADP credential. Finally, old deep links like atoz.amazon.work/login still work, they just redirect to the atoz-login.amazon.work host.

If you have already left Amazon

Former employees use the same Amazon A to Z login with the same alias. Amazon's own description of the A to Z app says it is for people exploring opportunities, currently working there, or former Amazonians, and one of its bullets is "Keep track of your documents, even after leaving Amazon." Amazon also maintains an alumni page on its hiring site pointing former associates back to A to Z for their information. Start with the alias you used on the job. If it no longer works, the login page's "Forgot alias?" flow recovers it, and the password reset sends a case-sensitive PIN to the personal email address or mobile number registered on the account, which is the step that trips people up if their personal contact details changed before they left. Once you are in, download the statements you need and keep your own copies rather than assuming the portal will always be there.

Locked out right now: what to try, in order

First, the "Forgot alias?" button on atoz-login.amazon.work, because a wrong username, not a wrong password, is the usual reason a former associate cannot get in. Second, the password reset on the same page, which mails or texts a case-sensitive PIN to the personal email or phone number on file. Third, a human: the Amazon Employee Resource Center for the United States is +1 (888) 892-7180, read off the Get help panel on Amazon's live A to Z login page. Amazon does not list opening hours for the US line there, though it does for some other countries (Canada is 1 877-467-1383 and the UK is 0808 145 3744). If what you actually need is a stub for income Amazon never paid you, self-employment, a side business, or a small company paying its own people, that is what a pay stub generator like ours is for: you enter your own figures and it handles the math and layout. It is not a replacement for a document Amazon issued and it cannot recreate one, because for Amazon earnings the only real record is Amazon's.

How often Amazon pays

For hourly warehouse and fulfillment roles, Amazon's own hiring site advertises weekly pay, overtime past 40 hours in a week, and time-and-a-half on holidays, so hourly associates should expect a stub each pay week rather than every other Friday. For salaried corporate roles we could not find any Amazon-published statement of pay frequency, so go by what your own pay statement shows instead of a number copied from a third-party guide. Amazon also runs a feature called Anytime Pay, which its own page describes as letting employees cash out up to 70% of earned income instantly instead of waiting for the next payday. If you use it, check how the early cash-out is reflected before you hand a stub to a landlord or lender, since the timing of what you received will not look like a plain weekly cycle.
