How to Get Your CVS Health Pay Stub
CVS Health pay stubs: Colleague Zone (colleaguezone.cvs.com) for current colleagues, Alumni Zone for former ones, plus the old CVS portals that are now dead.
If you still work at CVS Health, your pay information is in Colleague Zone at https://colleaguezone.cvs.com/cz — CVS's own colleague benefits contact list tells colleagues to "Log into ColleagueZone.CVS.com for more details including your personalized pay, time off and benefits information." If you have already left CVS, that is not your portal: go to https://alumnizone.cvs.com/alumnizone, which is exactly where the old myhr.cvs.com address now sends you. If you cannot sign in to either one, call the CVS colleague support line for the business you worked in — 1-866-528-7272 for Retail Store and MinuteClinic, 1-855-280-4872 for CVS Corporate Retail and PBM, 1-888-905-9500 for the Health Care Business — with your employee ID in hand.

Colleague Zone: https://colleaguezone.cvs.com/cz
If you no longer work there
Go to alumnizone.cvs.com (the old myhr.cvs.com address 301-redirects here, so an old bookmark still lands in the right place) and sign in on the "Log in" form using the User name and Password issued for the Alumni Zone. If the password is lost, use the "Forgot Password ?" link on that same form. If you never received or no longer have Alumni Zone credentials, call the CVS service desk line for the business you worked in - 1-866-528-7272 for Retail Store and MinuteClinic, 1-855-280-4872 for CVS Corporate Retail and PBM, 1-888-905-9500 for the Health Care Business - and ask for Alumni Zone access; have your employee ID ready, since CVS's own Enterprise Login page instructs colleagues to "Use your network ID or employee ID as the Username." Because access to a former employer's portal can be time-limited, download the statements you need as soon as you have access rather than assuming they will stay available.
Addresses that no longer work
- MyHR / myHR CVS — 301 Moved Permanently (Server: AkamaiGHost) to http://alumnizone.cvs.com/alumnizone, which then 301s to https and returns 200. This is the single most-published error about CVS: competitor pay-stub sites still present myhr.cvs.com as the CURRENT-employee pay stub portal, but the hostname now lands on the FORMER-employee Alumni Zone. A current colleague sent here cannot get a pay stub.
- MyHR CVS Health — 301 Moved Permanently (Server: AkamaiGHost) to https://digital.alight.com/cvscaremark, which returns 200 with the title "Your Benefits Resources -- Greeting Page". This is Alight's benefits-administration platform, not a payroll system - no pay stubs there. The destination path still carries the retired "cvscaremark" brand (the company was renamed from CVS Caremark to CVS Health in 2014).
- myHR CVS Caremark — Host does not resolve - no DNS record (dig returns nothing; curl fails with "Could not resolve host", exit 6). The retired CVS Caremark corporate brand no longer has an HR hostname.
- CVS WorkBrain — No DNS record; workbrain.cvs.com is also dead (no DNS record). Several competitor guides are literally titled "CVS Workbrain" and send people to a WorkBrain URL for pay stubs. WorkBrain is CVS's timekeeping system and it is now only reachable behind CVS enterprise SSO - https://authsvc.cvshealth.com/idp/startSSO.ping?PartnerSpId=WorkBrain_SP returns 200 as a CVS "Enterprise Login" page - and timekeeping is not where earnings statements live.
- Heartbeat (CVS intranet) — No public DNS record (dig returns nothing; curl exit code 000). Competitor guides tell corporate colleagues to get pay stubs via "the Apps and Tools tile on Heartbeat", but the host is not reachable from the public internet - it is intranet-only, so the instruction is useless to anyone at home. CVS's own benefits PDF does reference Heartbeat, but only for an internal campaign page.
- Colleague Zone (third-party lookalike) — No DNS record; connection fails (curl exit 000). Despite being dead, this non-CVS domain still ranked as the #1 Google result for a CVS pay stub / myHR query during this check, titled "My HR CVS Employee Login | MyHR - Colleague Zone". It was never a CVS-owned domain. A closely related lookalike, cvscolleaguezone.net, resolves but redirects to http://ww1.cvscolleaguezone.net - the classic expired-domain parking pattern - and is likewise not CVS-owned.
Current colleagues: Colleague Zone at colleaguezone.cvs.com
Colleague Zone is CVS Health's self-service hub for active colleagues, and it is where CVS itself points people for pay. The address https://colleaguezone.cvs.com/ resolves to https://colleaguezone.cvs.com/cz and loads a page titled "Login - Colleague Zone" — a login form, nothing more, because everything past it is behind your credentials. The host is a CVS Health property: colleaguezone.cvs.com is a CNAME to cvshealth.service-now.com, CVS Health's own ServiceNow tenant. CVS's colleague benefits contact list names ColleagueZone.CVS.com eight times as the place to handle self-service transactions, including personalized pay, time off and benefits, along with the 401(k), tuition and discount programs. For the username, CVS's Enterprise Login page instructs colleagues verbatim: "Use your network ID or employee ID as the Username." We deliberately do not publish a menu path for what to click after you log in — the pages other sites describe are behind the credential wall and could not be observed, so any step-by-step click path you read elsewhere is guesswork.
Former colleagues: Alumni Zone at alumnizone.cvs.com
Once you have left CVS, your route is the Alumni Zone at https://alumnizone.cvs.com/alumnizone. If you still have an old myhr.cvs.com bookmark, it will get you there: myhr.cvs.com returns a 301 Moved Permanently straight to the Alumni Zone, so the old address lands in the right place even though the name changed. The destination is titled "AlumniZone homepage" and shows a "Log in" form asking for User name and Password, with a "Forgot Password ?" link on the same form if your password is gone. Like Colleague Zone, alumnizone.cvs.com is a CNAME to cvshealth.service-now.com — the same CVS Health ServiceNow tenant — so this is CVS's own former-colleague portal, not a third-party service. If you never received Alumni Zone credentials or no longer have them, call the support line for the business you worked in and ask for Alumni Zone access, with your employee ID ready. Access to a former employer's portal can be time-limited, so download the statements you need as soon as you are in rather than assuming they will still be there next year.
The CVS addresses that no longer work (and who still publishes them)
This is the part other guides get wrong, and it is worth reading before you type anything into a browser. myhr.cvs.com is still presented across the web as the current-employee pay stub portal, but it 301-redirects to the former-employee Alumni Zone — an active colleague sent there cannot get a pay stub. myhr.cvshealth.com 301-redirects to digital.alight.com/cvscaremark, a benefits-administration platform titled "Your Benefits Resources", which is not a payroll system and holds no pay stubs; the path still carries the retired CVS Caremark brand the company dropped when it became CVS Health in 2014. myhr.cvscaremark.com no longer exists at all — the hostname has no DNS record. cvs.workbrain.com and workbrain.cvs.com are both dead too; WorkBrain is CVS's timekeeping system, it is now reachable only behind CVS enterprise SSO, and timekeeping is not where earnings statements live, so the guides literally titled "CVS Workbrain" are sending you to the wrong system twice over. heartbeat.cvs.com, the CVS intranet that some guides tell corporate colleagues to use, has no public DNS record — it is reachable inside the company network only, which makes that instruction useless from home.
Watch the lookalike domains
Two non-CVS domains muddy this search, and one of them outranks the real portal. colleaguezone-cvs.com/myhr was never a CVS-owned address, and it is now completely dead — no DNS record, connection fails — yet it was still the #1 Google result for a CVS pay stub query when these links were checked, under the title "My HR CVS Employee Login | MyHR - Colleague Zone." A close cousin, cvscolleaguezone.net, does resolve, but it redirects to ww1.cvscolleaguezone.net, the classic expired-domain parking pattern, and it is not CVS-owned either. The tell is simple: a genuine CVS portal sits on a cvs.com or cvshealth.com hostname — colleaguezone.cvs.com, alumnizone.cvs.com — with the company name before the dot, not hyphenated into a separate domain. Never enter your CVS network ID, employee ID or password on a page that fails that test.
If you are locked out, and what to do while you wait
CVS Health's Enterprise Login page lists its support lines by business unit: 1-866-528-7272 for Retail Store and MinuteClinic, 1-855-280-4872 for CVS Corporate Retail and PBM, and 1-888-905-9500 for the Health Care Business. CVS labels these as colleague login and service desk lines rather than a payroll department, so ask them for portal access and they will route you. The same page points to a self-service multi-factor portal at mfa.cvshealth.com/myaccount/ if the problem is your second factor rather than your password, and CVS's careers site lists 888-694-7287 for Colleague Relations. Only CVS can issue a CVS pay stub, and a landlord, lender or agency asking for one is asking for the employer-issued document — so chase the portal or the phone line rather than any substitute. If your situation has changed and you now work for yourself or run a small business, that is where a pay stub generator like ours fits: it produces your own pay documentation from your own numbers, for your own business. It is not a way to reproduce a CVS Health document, and it should never be used to imitate one.
Frequently asked questions
What is the CVS Health pay stub portal called?
For current colleagues it is Colleague Zone, at https://colleaguezone.cvs.com/cz. CVS Health's own colleague benefits contact list tells colleagues to log into ColleagueZone.CVS.com for personalized pay, time off and benefits information, and for related self-service transactions. The hostname points to CVS Health's own ServiceNow tenant, so it is a genuine CVS property and not a third-party site.
Why does myhr.cvs.com not give me my pay stub?
Because it is no longer the current-employee portal. myhr.cvs.com now returns a permanent redirect to alumnizone.cvs.com, CVS's Alumni Zone for people who have left the company. Plenty of pay stub sites still list it as the active portal for CVS staff, which is why so many current colleagues end up on a login page that will not recognise them; use Colleague Zone instead.
How do I get a pay stub after leaving CVS Health?
Go to https://alumnizone.cvs.com/alumnizone and sign in with the User name and Password issued for the Alumni Zone; an old myhr.cvs.com bookmark redirects there on its own. If the password is lost, use the "Forgot Password ?" link on that same login form. If you never had Alumni Zone credentials, call the support line for the business you worked in — 1-866-528-7272, 1-855-280-4872 or 1-888-905-9500 — and ask for Alumni Zone access with your employee ID ready.
What username do I use to log in?
CVS Health's Enterprise Login page states it plainly: "Use your network ID or employee ID as the Username." That is the identifier to have ready before you call any support line, too. If your password works but the second factor fails, CVS's login page points to a self-service portal at mfa.cvshealth.com/myaccount/.
Is CVS WorkBrain where my pay stubs are?
No. cvs.workbrain.com and workbrain.cvs.com both have no DNS record any more, so the URLs published in guides titled "CVS Workbrain" simply do not load. WorkBrain is CVS's timekeeping system and it is now reachable only behind CVS enterprise single sign-on — and timekeeping records are not earnings statements. Pay information is on Colleague Zone.
I found colleaguezone-cvs.com in search results. Is that CVS?
No, and it never was. colleaguezone-cvs.com was never a CVS-owned domain and today it does not resolve at all, yet it was still ranking as the top Google result for CVS pay stub queries when these links were last checked. A similar name, cvscolleaguezone.net, redirects to a parked page and is not CVS either. The real portals sit on cvs.com subdomains: colleaguezone.cvs.com and alumnizone.cvs.com.
