How to Get Your Pay Stub From Dollar Tree
Dollar Tree pay stubs split on 8/26/25: Workday for current associates, Doculivery for older stubs and former staff. Plus the Compass address that is dead.
Dollar Tree splits pay stubs by date. Stubs dated 8/26/25 or later sit in Workday and are for current associates only; anything earlier lives in Doculivery, which Dollar Tree's own Associate Information Center opens to former associates as well. Store associates have a third route that nobody mentions: any Dollar Tree POS terminal will print your current stub plus the last four. When none of that works, payroll answers at [email protected] - include your full legal name, Associate ID and store number.

If you no longer work there
Dollar Tree names Doculivery as the former-associate route. Fetched 2026-09-17: my.doculivery.com/External/DollarTree/Login.aspx redirects to my.doculivery.com/MobileExternal/Pages/Common/Login.aspx?co=DollarTree and renders a Dollar Tree-branded sign-in. It covers stubs issued before 8/26/25, and Dollar Tree's own page says former associates can also change their mailing address there - which matters if a W-2 still has to reach you. Your User ID is your Associate ID; the login page carries a "Help me find my Associate ID" link, and password resets or unlocks go to [email protected] if you include your full legal name, Associate ID and, where known, your work location or store number. Workday is current-associate only, so a stub issued after the 8/26/25 cutoff while you were still employed has to come from payroll by email rather than self-service. Ask for the specific pay dates and save the originals as PDFs. If the statement you need is not a Dollar Tree statement at all - you are self-employed, or running payroll for your own small business - that is what our pay stub generator is for; it builds a stub from your own payroll numbers and is not a way to reproduce a Dollar Tree document.

There is no redirect to the Associate Information Center because there is no DNS record at all to redirect from; a browser reports that the address cannot be found. dollartree.com itself resolves normally in the same test.
- Compass Mobile (compassmobile.dollartree.com) — Resolves but answers nothing. All three resolvers return 208.72.183.137, an address inside Dollar Tree's own ARIN allocation (NetName DOLLAR-TREE-IPV4-1, CIDR 208.72.180.0/22, OrgName Dollar Tree). Neither port 443 nor port 80 accepts a connection - both time out - while www.dollartree.com:443 connects immediately from the same machine. The page never loads from the public internet, and Dollar Tree's own Associate Information Center does not list Compass among the pay stub routes.
- The "Dollar Tree Compass" sites that rank for this query — Not Dollar Tree at all. dollartreecompass.com resolves to Cloudflare addresses (104.21.2.177, 172.67.129.132, 188.114.97.0 depending on resolver), nowhere near Dollar Tree's own 208.72.180.0/22 block. These are third-party blogs republishing login instructions, not a Dollar Tree sign-in page, and several of them are the source of the retired Compass and associateinfo addresses.
The 8/26/25 cutoff decides which system you need
The cutoff is 8/26/25, and it decides everything. If the stub you need was issued on or after that date, it is in Workday, and Workday is for current associates - the Associate Information Center's "Access Your Pay Stubs" link opens Dollar Tree's Workday tenant directly. If the stub predates 8/26/25, it is in Doculivery. Dollar Tree points associates to mydoculivery.com/dollartree; the sign-in page itself loads at my.doculivery.com/External/DollarTree, which is where that shortcut lands. Your User ID is your Associate ID, and the login page carries a "Help me find my Associate ID" link for people who have forgotten it. Direct deposit, address and tax-withholding changes moved to Workday self-service at the same time.

This is the gap in Dollar Tree's published instructions. Doculivery is described as covering stubs prior to 8/26/25 for current and former associates, and Workday is described as covering later stubs for current associates. A stub issued after the cutoff while you were still employed falls between those two sentences, and Workday access ends with employment.
