How to Get Your Pay Stub From Domino's
Domino's pay stubs split two ways: corporate staff use TMSC, franchise crews use their operator's payroll. Verified portals, plus the addresses that died.
Which route you use depends on who signs your paycheck, and for most Domino's crew that is not Domino's Pizza, Inc. Corporate team members sign in at the Team Member Service Center, tmsc.dominos.com, a PeopleSoft system that holds pay statements and W-2s. Everyone else works for a franchisee: the overwhelming majority of Domino's U.S. stores are franchised, not company-owned stores against 262 company-owned, and states plainly that franchisees' employees are not its employees. Franchise stubs live in that operator's payroll system, most often AllianceHCM's MyPay.

If you no longer work there
Corporate leavers lose TMSC once the account is deactivated, and there is no Domino's alumni site to fall back on: mydominos.com and dominosbiz.com are both still registered, but neither has a web address behind it any more, so neither ever loads. The one route that still answers without a login is chat.tmsc.dominos.com, which redirects to a public TMSC chat page on Domino's pienet intranet; use it to ask payroll for named pay dates rather than a vague records request. Franchise leavers should ignore dominos.com entirely and contact the franchise company printed on their last W-2. If that operator ran AllianceHCM's MyPay, try signing in before assuming access is gone, since credentials are not always revoked on the last day. A W-2 summarizes a tax year and is not a substitute for an individual pay statement, so say which you need.
Addresses that no longer work
- dominosbiz.com — Nothing loads. Domino's still holds the name and its own servers still answer for it, but no web address is published behind it, so a browser has nowhere to connect and reports that the site cannot be reached. The working successor is biz.dominos.com, which does load, but that is the franchise business site, not a pay portal.
- mydominos.com — Dead, and no longer on Domino's infrastructure. The name is now handled by a third-party provider, gkg.net, rather than by Domino's own servers, and no web address is published behind it, so it never loads. There is no redirect to TMSC or anywhere else.
- login.dominos.com, widely republished as "the Domino's employee login" — It answers, which is why it keeps getting republished, but it is not a pay portal. Two redirects later you land on /my.logout.php3?errorcode=19 with the page title "BIG-IP logout page" - an F5 remote-access gateway for corporate network sessions. No pay statement is reachable from it.
- pulse.dominos.com, hr.dominos.com and paystub.dominos.com — None of these three has ever existed. Ask for any of them and Domino's own servers answer that there is no such name at all, which is a different failure from the two retired addresses above: those exist but lead nowhere, while these were never created. They circulate as guesses, largely because Pulse is the in-store point-of-sale system, which has nothing to do with payroll.
TMSC is the corporate route, and it runs on PeopleSoft
tmsc.dominos.com answers on its own, and the sign-in page is titled Team Member Service Center (TMSC) - Please Sign In. The address gives away what it runs on: the login path is /psp/hrdbprd/ and the page source still carries an Oracle copyright notice, so TMSC is a PeopleSoft HR system. Pay statements and W-2s sit behind that sign-in. The practical point is that it is a corporate credential; a franchise team member will never get in here, however many password resets they attempt. If your own sign-in fails, chat.tmsc.dominos.com redirects to a TMSC chat queue on Domino's pienet intranet.
Franchise stores: find the payroll vendor, not a Domino's page
If you work in one of the franchised U.S. stores, no dominos.com address will ever show your pay. AllianceHCM advertises that it is trusted by thousands of Domino's locations across the U.S., and its employee product is MyPay, reached at hralliance.net/ee, where the page is titled MyPay Employee Self Service Login. Other operators buy different payroll vendors entirely, so do not assume MyPay is yours. The reliable tell is the company name printed on your W-2 or at the top of the stub: that legal entity, not Domino's, is your employer, and its vendor holds your records.
Frequently asked questions
Is TMSC the same login as my store's payroll app?
No. TMSC at tmsc.dominos.com is a PeopleSoft system for corporate team members; its login path is literally /psp/hrdbprd/. If you work in a franchised store you have no TMSC account at all, and resetting your password will not create one. Your stub sits in whatever payroll product your franchise operator bought, most commonly AllianceHCM's MyPay at hralliance.net/ee.
How do I tell whether Domino's or a franchisee employed me?
Read the employer name on your W-2 or the top of any old stub. Domino's FY2025 annual report states that its franchisees are independent business owners, so their employees are not its employees and are excluded from its headcount. With franchised U.S. stores against 262 company-owned, the odds are strongly that a separate company, with its own name, EIN and payroll vendor, owes you the record.
The Domino's employee login page I found does not show my pay. Why?
You have probably landed on login.dominos.com. It responds, so it looks right, but it redirects twice to a page titled "BIG-IP logout page". That is an F5 remote-access gateway for corporate network sessions, not payroll. Pay statements sit behind TMSC for corporate staff and behind the franchise operator's own payroll product for everyone else. No single dominos.com address serves both.
