How to Get Your Pay Stub From Dunkin'

dunkin.com is a suspended hosting account with a certificate that expired in 2025. Here is where Dunkin' pay stubs actually live, and who your employer is.

Dunkin' has no pay stub portal for crew, and its own job postings say why: "Each Dunkin' franchisee is an independent employer and thus solely responsible for hiring decisions and all other employment-related matters for the franchisee's restaurant(s)." Your stubs are in whatever payroll system that franchisee bought, under the company name printed on your W-2. Worse, the brand's web addresses have rotted: dunkin.com is a suspended hosting account, the old dunkinbrands.com corporate site is now a single notice about Inspire Brands, and the only Dunkin'-branded login left needs a franchise access code.

If you no longer work there

There is no Dunkin' alumni portal, because in nearly every case Dunkin' was never your employer. Dunkin's own job postings state that "Each Dunkin' franchisee is an independent employer and thus solely responsible for hiring decisions and all other employment-related matters for the franchisee's restaurant(s)", and that "Any employment-related questions regarding a franchise restaurant should be directed to the franchisee." So the name in box c of your W-2 — an operating company, often nothing that reads like "Dunkin'" — is the employer you are actually chasing. Start with the payroll provider you already used while employed: log in on that provider's own site and download everything, because franchise payroll accounts are often deactivated within weeks of separation. If that login is gone, aim at the owner rather than the counter. One Dunkin' franchisee commonly runs several restaurants under a single operating company, and the person who can pull an old statement is usually that company's bookkeeper or its outside payroll service, not the manager on shift, so what you want from the restaurant is the operating company's office number. Ask the office one thing first: whether the payroll system has changed since you worked there. If it has, statements from before the switch are usually not in the new system at all, and recovering them means going back to the previous provider or to whoever kept the books at the time — this is the single most common reason a franchise stub cannot be found. If nobody responds and the missing document is a W-2, IRS Topic 154 sets out the escalation: contact the employer first, then call the IRS at 800-829-1040 if it is unresolved by the end of February, with your details and your employer's name, address and EIN ready.

Addresses that no longer work

  • dunkin.com — the address most pages give as the Dunkin' employee login, and the obvious guess after the 2019 rebrand — Broken twice over, and not Dunkin's. Over HTTPS it presents a wildcard certificate CN=*.dunkin.com issued by Let's Encrypt R11 with notAfter 19 April 2025 — expired, so browsers and fetchers refuse it outright (an independent fetching service returned exactly "certificate has expired"). Ignoring the certificate, http://dunkin.com and https://dunkin.com both return HTTP 200 after one redirect to /cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi with <title>Account Suspended</title>, the standard cPanel shut-off page. It resolves to 103.127.41.105. WHOIS: registrar GoDaddy.com, LLC, registrant organization "Domains By Proxy, LLC", nameservers NS1/NS2.DEDICATED-AU.DELETE-REGISTRATION.COM. Dunkin's live consumer site is dunkindonuts.com.
  • dunkinbrands.com without the www — the old corporate domain — Fails TLS with a certificate name mismatch. The apex presents a certificate whose subject is CN=40training.cms.ipressroom.com, with that single name in the Subject Alternative Name list and no mention of dunkinbrands.com, so an HTTPS request is rejected before any page loads. Only the www form works.
  • www.dunkinbrands.com — the Dunkin' Brands corporate site — Still answers, but it has been reduced to a notice. HTTP 200, title "Dunkin Brands is now Inspire Brands | Dunkin' Brands", and the body is essentially one paragraph: "On December 15, 2020, Inspire Brands completed its acquisition of Dunkin' Brands. Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins are now operated as distinct brands within the Inspire portfolio." It points visitors to [email protected], careers.inspirebrands.com, www.dunkindonuts.com and www.baskinrobbins.com, then sends the browser to InspireBrands.com after thirty seconds. No employee, payroll or W-2 route is offered.
  • www.dunkinbrands.com/login — a login still live on the retired corporate site — Genuinely loads, which is the trap. Re-checked on 2026-09-17 and confirmed a second time through an independent fetching service: HTTP 200, title "Login | Dunkin' Brands", about 25 KB of real page, carrying a POST form back to /login with an Email/Username field and a Password field, "Do not have a login? Request an account.", "Forgot your password?", and the footer "© 2026 DD IP Holder LLC" — all underneath the same banner announcing the Inspire acquisition. It is also unreliable: earlier the same day that address answered with a bare server-error page after about a minute of waiting before recovering within the hour, so an error there means the site is having a bad moment rather than that the door has been closed for good. Either way it is not payroll. The page offers no pay statements and no W-2s, and a working form on a retired corporate site is not evidence that it leads to your stubs.
  • mydunkin.com — published as a Dunkin' employee portal — Forwards to the customer side of the business. Fetched on 2026-09-17: two redirects ending on www.dunkindonuts.com, Dunkin's consumer site. Automated requests are bot-blocked at that destination and receive a 403 page rather than the site itself, so the forwarding is what is observed and the consumer site is where it points. There is no employee login anywhere in that chain.
  • dunkinemployee.com and employees.dunkinbrands.com — Neither name exists at all. Checked on 2026-09-17 against Google's, Cloudflare's and Quad9's public resolvers: there is simply nothing registered to look up, so no page is served, nothing redirects anywhere, and a browser reports that the site cannot be found. An address that never existed cannot have been your employee portal, however often it is repeated.

What survived, and who it is for

www.dunkinbrands.com still answers, but it is a tombstone: one paragraph reading "On December 15, 2020, Inspire Brands completed its acquisition of Dunkin' Brands", pointing visitors to [email protected], careers.inspirebrands.com, dunkindonuts.com and baskinrobbins.com, and closing with "Your browser will be redirected to InspireBrands.com in 30 seconds" — which it then does. Nothing on it offers pay statements or W-2s. One thing on that same retired host does still work, and it is the trap: /login serves a real Email/Username and password form with a "Request an account." link, sitting directly under that acquisition notice. Nothing on the retired homepage links to it — the page contains no login link at all — so people reach it by old bookmark or by guessing, and a working form is not evidence that payroll is behind it. The one Dunkin' login that clearly works is franchisee.dunkinbrands.com/DunkinPortal/, which greets you with "Welcome to the Franchisee and Licensee Portal!", asks for a username and password, and tells new users an access code is required. That is for franchise owners, not crew.

Frequently asked questions

Is dunkin.com the Dunkin' employee login?

No, and it will not even load safely. dunkin.com serves a wildcard certificate that expired on 19 April 2025, so browsers refuse it; push past the warning and the page is /cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi, titled "Account Suspended". Its WHOIS registrant is hidden behind Domains By Proxy at GoDaddy. Dunkin's real consumer site is dunkindonuts.com, and mydunkin.com simply forwards there — to Dunkin's consumer site, not to payroll.

Who actually holds my Dunkin' pay stubs?

The franchise company named on your W-2. Dunkin's own job postings state that "Each Dunkin' franchisee is an independent employer and thus solely responsible for hiring decisions and all other employment-related matters", and its careers site adds that "Independent franchisees take care of all employment matters in their restaurants." Find that company name and EIN on a W-2 or old stub, then ask its office which payroll provider it uses and who handles records requests.

Can Inspire Brands send me my Dunkin' W-2?

Only if a company restaurant employed you. Inspire completed its acquisition of Dunkin' Brands on 15 December 2020, but Dunkin's own disclaimer says employment questions about a franchise restaurant "should be directed to the franchisee". If that franchisee has gone quiet, IRS Topic 154 says to contact the employer first and, if it is unresolved by the end of February, call the IRS at 800-829-1040; Form 4852 stands in for a missing W-2. Our generator only builds stubs from your own numbers, never a Dunkin' record.
