Both ifedex.com and ifedex.fedex.com return NXDOMAIN (curl: 'Could not resolve host'; no DNS records at all). No FedEx-controlled source anywhere uses the name 'iFedEx'; the only sources are pay-stub-generator blogs. This looks like an invented portal name that has been copied between competitor sites. Highest-value correction on this page.
• purpleid.onefedex.com — circulated as the PurpleID login host — Does not resolve (NXDOMAIN, 'getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND purpleid.onefedex.com'). The parent domain onefedex.com is also NXDOMAIN. The real PurpleID hosts are under secure.fedex.com — e.g. https://myapps.secure.fedex.com/purpleid/login-help/ which returns HTTP 307 to https://myapps-las02.secure.fedex.com/purpleid/login-help/ and then HTTP 302 to https://purpleid-static.secure.fedex.com/purpleid/login-help/.
• employee.fedex.com — cited as "the FedEx Employee Portal" — NXDOMAIN, no DNS records. There is no host by that name.
• fedexgroundemployees.com — cited as the FedEx Ground employee site — NXDOMAIN, no DNS records.
• FedEx Ground (fedexground.com) — retired as a separate employer — Domain no longer resolves (NXDOMAIN for both fedexground.com and www.fedexground.com). The entity is gone too: FedEx's own newsroom release (https://newsroom.fedex.com/newsroom/global-english/fedex-announces-planned-consolidation-of-operating-companies, fetched 200, 'April 5, 2023 06:25 AM') says "FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Services, and other FedEx operating companies" merge "into Federal Express Corporation", with "full implementation expected in June 2024". Pay records and W-2s for FedEx Ground periods now sit with Federal Express Corporation.
• FedEx Kinko's (kinkos.com) — brand retired, renamed FedEx Office — 301 Moved Permanently to https://www.office.fedex.com/, which then returns HTTP/2 200. Verified on both kinkos.com and www.kinkos.com. The FedEx Kinko's brand no longer exists; anyone searching for a Kinko's-era pay record is looking for FedEx Office.
• fedexoffice.com — old standalone FedEx Office domain — 301 Moved Permanently to https://www.office.fedex.com (200). The site now lives under the fedex.com domain.

• myGroundBiz / MyGroundBiz Account — routinely published as where FedEx Ground employees get pay stubs — Site is live but is NOT an employee payroll portal — this is a wrong-audience trap, not a dead link. mygroundbiz.com returns 301 to http://www.mygroundbiz.com/, which returns 302 to https://www.mygroundbiz.com/login?redirect=%2f (fetched, title 'MyGroundBiz: Login'). The page is aimed at independent contractors / service providers, linking to 'BuildAGroundBiz' for "contracting opportunities", 'MyBizAccount', 'SPOTlight', and the 'Service Provider Reference Center' for ISPs. It carries no pay-stub, payroll, or settlement functionality for W-2 employees. Related host mybizaccount.fedex.com returns HTTP 302 to /my.policy (an F5 authentication gate) — also contractor-facing.
• 1-800-622-1147 published as "FedEx HR" for pay stubs, W-2s and employment verification — WRONG DEPARTMENT — this is FedEx's shipping-customer billing line, not HR. Confirmed from the University of Iowa Accounts Payable & Purchasing office's official FedEx reference PDF (https://ap-purchasing.fo.uiowa.edu/sites/ap-purchasing.fo.uiowa.edu/files/2020-03/FedExOnlineScript.pdf, fetched 200, text extracted with pypdf), which reads verbatim: "What is the Fed Ex billing departments' number if I want to contact them directly? 1-800-622-1147" and "You can call FedEx Account Services (1-800-622-1147), provide your account number, contact information and tracking number and they can easily fax over a copy of the airbill or invoice." Multiple competitor pay-stub blogs tell current and former FedEx employees to call this number for HR and W-2 requests; it routes them to shipping-invoice support instead. No URL applies — this is a phone-number trap.

Start at the FedEx Workday sign-in page

The one URL worth bookmarking is https://www.myworkday.com/fedex/login.htmld. Fetched with a normal browser user agent it returns a 302 to https://www.myworkday.com/wday/authgwy/fedex/login.htmld and then a second 302 to https://www.myworkday.com/fedex/login-saml2.htmld, FedEx's enforced single sign-on screen; the wd1 pod (https://wd1.myworkday.com/fedex/login.htmld) lands in the same place. That tenant is genuinely FedEx's and not a catch-all: the same Workday path with an invented tenant name redirects instead to community.workday.com/invalid-url. Okta's published FedEx customer story confirms the system behind it, stating that FedEx "uses Workday as their human resources information system", and that FedEx branded its sign-on layer PurpleID. FedEx's own PurpleID FAQ (https://purpleid-static.secure.fedex.com/purpleid/faq/) says you need an active CORP Active Directory account plus your FedEx Enterprise ID and password. Be aware of the limit of what anyone outside FedEx can confirm: the login wall means no one can show you the exact earnings-statement screen, because FedEx publishes no public pay-stub page and no FedEx-controlled page uses the words pay, payroll or earnings statement. Workday is where your HR records live, so that is where to look once you are signed in. "iFedEx" or the "iFedEx HR portal", published by a long list of pay-stub blogs as where FedEx Express and FedEx Freight staff get their stubs, does not exist: both ifedex.com and ifedex.fedex.com return NXDOMAIN — no DNS records whatsoever — and no FedEx-controlled source anywhere uses the name. It appears to be an invented portal copied from site to site. "purpleid.onefedex.com" is the same story: that host does not resolve, and neither does onefedex.com; the real PurpleID hosts sit under secure.fedex.com. employee.fedex.com, sold as "the FedEx Employee Portal", has no DNS records either, and neither does fedexgroundemployees.com. MyGroundBiz (https://www.mygroundbiz.com) is a live site, which makes it the more dangerous suggestion — but it is not a payroll portal. Its login page serves independent contractors and service providers, linking to BuildAGroundBiz for contracting opportunities, MyBizAccount, SPOTlight and the Service Provider Reference Center; there is no pay-stub or payroll function there for W-2 employees. Finally, the phone number 1-800-622-1147, republished as "FedEx HR" for pay stubs, W-2s and employment verification, is the shipping-account billing line: the University of Iowa's Accounts Payable office publishes a FedEx reference document naming it as the FedEx billing department and FedEx Account Services number for invoices and airbills. Call it about your W-2 and you will reach invoice support.

If your stub is from FedEx Ground, FedEx Services or Kinko's

You are not looking for a separate former employer any more. FedEx's own newsroom release, dated April 5, 2023, announced the consolidation of FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Services and other operating companies into Federal Express Corporation, with full implementation expected in June 2024. So pay records and W-2s from a period when your paperwork said FedEx Ground or FedEx Services now sit with Federal Express Corporation, and the sign-in route above is the same one. The old web addresses reflect that: fedexground.com and www.fedexground.com no longer resolve at all, and neither do fedexsmartpost.com or fedexnationalltl.com. If your record is from the Kinko's era, that brand became FedEx Office — kinkos.com and www.kinkos.com now return a 301 permanent redirect to https://www.office.fedex.com/, and the old standalone fedexoffice.com does the same. Searching for a Kinko's payroll department is searching for something that was folded in twice over.

Former employees: download everything before your access ends

PurpleID needs an active FedEx CORP Active Directory account, which means your sign-in will stop working at some point after you leave — FedEx does not publish how long that takes, and any site quoting you a specific number of days is guessing. The practical consequence is blunt: while you still have access, sign in and save every pay statement and W-2 you might need for a mortgage, a lease, an immigration file or a tax question, and keep them somewhere that is not a work laptop. FedEx publishes no self-service page for former employees to pull old pay stubs. If you are already locked out, your realistic routes are your former manager and the HR contact named in your separation paperwork; if you were given a FedEx HR service line when you left, use that number rather than one you found online. One clarification, because former staff often land there: https://retirement.fedex.com/ is a genuine FedEx site that explicitly serves retired and terminated employees, but it covers pension and 401(k) only — its phone lines are retirement lines and will not produce a pay stub or a W-2.
