How to Get Your Pay Stub From HCA Healthcare
HCA has no single pay stub portal. Which door you use depends on your status: HCAGHR and BConnected for active colleagues, Life at Work after you leave.
HCA Healthcare has no single pay stub portal, and which door you use depends on your status. HCA's own HCA Rewards login page says it plainly: active colleagues go to HCAGHR.com, click Benefits and select BConnected; terminated colleagues, beneficiaries and newly acquired colleagues sign in directly at hcarewards.lifeatworkportal.com. The safest starting point is hcarewards.com, which opens an HCA-branded splash page and routes you to whichever of those applies. The eStub web addresses still printed in older guides do not load at all any more.

If you no longer work there
HCA is unusually good on this point: it runs a portal specifically for people who have left. Go to hcarewards.com and take the former colleagues or beneficiaries route, or go straight to hcarewards.lifeatworkportal.com. It is not your old work login. You register a fresh user name and password there and verify your identity, and the site warns that five consecutive failed attempts will lock the account — worth doing while you still remember your details rather than under deadline. If registration will not recognise you, or the period you need is not shown, call BConnected on 800-566-4114 (Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central, holidays excepted) and ask for payroll records specifically, since the line also fields benefits questions.
Addresses that no longer work
- hcaestub.com — The domain does not resolve. A browser returns a server-not-found error — there is no HCA page behind it, and no redirect to a replacement.
- estub.hcahealthcare.com — The hostname still answers, but the TLS certificate it presents does not cover that name, so a browser stops at a security warning instead of a login screen. Nothing renders, even if you were willing to click through.
- atlas.medcity.net — Does not resolve. HCA still uses medcity.net elsewhere — its own sites redirect through a dpxmedcity.net host — but this particular address is gone.
The four doors on the HCA Rewards splash page
Type hcarewards.com and you are forwarded to a page headed Welcome to HCA Rewards, served under hca.ehr.com. It offers four routes and nothing else: former colleagues or beneficiaries, newly acquired colleagues, all other HCA Healthcare colleagues — which links out to HCAGHR.com — and a careers link for people considering employment. There is no login box on the splash itself, and its footer warns that the site is restricted to authorised users. Choosing the wrong route is the usual reason people get stuck, because the former-colleague portal refuses an active colleague outright and tells them to go to HCAGHR.com instead.
Register on the former-colleague portal before you need it
hcarewards.lifeatworkportal.com is a separate login, not your work account. Its own help text states that first-time users must register before they can sign in, and that five consecutive failed attempts lock the account — so the worst moment to discover you never registered is the week a lender asks for three months of stubs. The same page lists BConnected representatives on 800-566-4114, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central, excluding holidays. If your role was staffed through Parallon or HealthTrust rather than an HCA-branded hospital, your wage statements may sit in a different system again; your facility's HR can tell you which.
Frequently asked questions
Is HCAhrAnswers the same thing as HCA Rewards?
No, they are different sites doing different jobs. HCAhrAnswers is the HR portal current colleagues use day to day, pay stubs included. HCA Rewards, reached at hcarewards.com, is the benefits and rewards side, and it is also where former colleagues, beneficiaries and newly acquired colleagues log in. HCA's own Rewards login page tells active colleagues to go through HCAGHR.com and pick BConnected under Benefits rather than signing in on the Rewards site.
I left HCA last year — can I still see my old pay stubs?
Yes, through the former-colleague portal at hcarewards.lifeatworkportal.com — but you have to register there first with a new user name and password. Your old work login will not work, and the site will not create the account for you. Five wrong attempts lock it. If registration fails, or the period you need is not shown, BConnected on 800-566-4114 can take the request by phone, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central.
Why do eStub links from search results never open?
Because the addresses are stale. hcaestub.com no longer resolves, and estub.hcahealthcare.com answers on a certificate that does not match that hostname, so browsers stop at a security warning before anything renders. Guides copy those URLs from each other without checking them. Start from hcarewards.com or HCAGHR.com instead — both are HCA-controlled addresses, and the Rewards splash sends you to the right portal for your status.
