How to Get Your Pay Stub From Hilton

Hilton pay stubs begin at the Lobby sign-in, but at a franchised hotel the franchisee runs payroll, not Hilton. Verified links, dead ends and who to ask.

Hilton team members sign in at the Lobby. Open lobbylite.hilton.com and it hands you to Hilton's own sign-on page at fd.hilton.com, which asks for a User ID rather than an email address. Before hunting for a pay stub there, settle one question first: who actually employs you. Hilton's applicant privacy notice, updated May 2026, covers Hilton corporate roles and Hilton-managed properties, and says that at a franchised property the franchisee processes your information under its own policies. A franchised hotel runs its own payroll, so its system holds your stub.

If you no longer work there

Hilton publishes no alumni pay portal on any of its own domains, and the Lobby's access model explains why: accounts are created by invitation from an on-property Manager or ID Delegate, or by an automatic email on a start date at a US, UK or corporate Hilton role. Access is tied to employment, so it ends with the job. Two practical steps. First, while you still have the Lobby, save PDFs of every pay period you might need later. Second, after you leave, work out which legal entity employed you — the operating company printed on your W-2, which at a franchised hotel is the franchisee, not Hilton — and contact that company's HR or payroll contact directly, asking for named pay dates rather than "my pay stubs". If you were Hilton corporate or at a Hilton-managed property, your former property's HR can raise a request through Hilton's ServiceNow desk (hilton.service-now.com, branded Hilton Service Support), which is not open to the public.

Addresses that no longer work

  • www.teammembers.hilton.com — Serves no certificate at all. The TLS handshake fails against the CloudFront address it resolves to — OpenSSL reports alert number 40, handshake failure, with "no peer certificate available", and curl aborts with error 35 — so a browser shows a security error rather than a portal. Drop the www and teammembers.hilton.com does load (HTTP 303 to /global/en, then 200), but it is Hilton's internal careers site: the title is "Careers at Hilton Internal | Hilton Internal job opportunities" and it runs on a recruiting platform. Internal job listings, not pay.
  • careers.hilton.com — Dead over HTTPS: the name resolves to 167.187.200.18 but nothing listens on port 443, and the connection is refused in about 100 ms. Over plain HTTP it still returns HTTP 301 to https://hilton.taleo.net/careersection/us_external/jobsearch.ftl?lang=en, and that Taleo page answers with the title "Career Section Unavailable". A retired recruiting address — and it was never a payroll one.
  • OnQ (onq.hilton.com) — Resolves to sitemanager.hilton.com but never answers: the connection times out after 25 seconds with no HTTP response. The OnQ name survives publicly in exactly one live place — onqinsider.hilton.com, which hosts the registration page the Lobby's own login links to as "More Information".
  • hiltonworldwide.com — Alive, but not a portal — and only on the unsecured form of the address. Ask for https://hiltonworldwide.com or https://www.hiltonworldwide.com and the connection is refused in about a tenth of a second, because nothing is listening on the secure port at all. Browsers then retry the plain http address, which answers HTTP 301 to https://www.hilton.com/en/corporate/ — the corporate brand page, title "Hilton Brands | Global Hospitality Company", which carries no team member sign-in. So you do land somewhere, just never on a sign-in. hilton.com/en/team-member/ and hilton.com/en/p/team-member/ both return 404.

Who signs your paycheck decides where the stub is

Hilton's own Lobby registration page sorts users into six categories, and the differences are not cosmetic. Franchised hotel team members - worded there as hotels operated by someone other than Hilton - and international Hilton-managed hotel team members must both ask an on-property Manager or ID Delegate, a GM, DOS or other property leader, to start an invitation. US and UK Hilton-managed hotel team members and Hilton corporate team members are told they will receive an email to register within 24 hours of their start date. Contractors ask their Hilton manager to request access through ServiceNow; ownership groups and management companies go to HiltonOwnersPortal.com instead. If nobody at your hotel can invite you, Hilton is not your payroll department.

Getting into the Lobby, and what to do when you can't

Once you have an account the sign-in is simple. The Lobby login's New Users link opens a SailPoint IdentityIQ self-service registration page on id.hilton.com; Forgot Password and Modify Access point at the same identity system, and More Information goes to the registration page listing all six categories. Access problems at a Hilton-managed or corporate property route through Hilton's ServiceNow desk, which answers at hilton.service-now.com as Hilton Service Support. Hilton publishes no alumni portal, and because access is granted by invitation it ends with your badge. Save PDFs of every pay period while you still can. If you later need a stub for money you pay yourself, our generator builds one from your own figures - never a copy of a Hilton record.

Frequently asked questions

Does Hilton or the hotel issue my pay stub?

It depends on the hotel. Hilton's applicant privacy notice, last updated May 2026, applies to Hilton corporate positions and Hilton-managed properties, and states that at a franchised property the franchised property processes your personal information under its own policies and procedures. Franchisees operate a large share of Hilton-brand hotels, so the payroll system holding your stub is theirs. Check which company name appears as the employer on your W-2, then ask that company.

Is teammembers.hilton.com the Hilton pay stub portal?

No. teammembers.hilton.com is Hilton's internal careers site - its page title reads Careers at Hilton Internal, and it runs on a recruiting platform, so it lists internal job openings rather than pay. The www version is worse: the TLS handshake fails outright and no certificate is served, so browsers refuse it with a security error. Hilton's team member sign-in is the Lobby, at lobbylite.hilton.com.

How do I get an old Hilton pay stub after I leave?

There is no published self-service route. Lobby accounts are created by invitation from a property leader or by an automatic email on your start date, so access ends when employment does, and Hilton lists no alumni portal on any of its own domains. Contact the HR or payroll contact at the property that employed you, using the operating company's name rather than the brand, and ask for specific pay dates. For a franchised hotel, only the franchisee can produce them.
