How to Get Your Pay Stub From Marriott
Marriott pay stubs sit behind mHUB at mhub.marriott.com. 4myhr.com is no longer Marriott's: it is a parked ad domain. Verified routes for leavers too.
Marriott's live route is mhub.marriott.com, which redirects to the Marriott Extranet Login on extranetcloud.marriott.com and asks for your Enterprise ID (EID) and password; pay sits behind that sign-in. Do not use 4myhr.com. That address is no longer Marriott's: it is registered through Dynadot behind a privacy proxy, runs on ParkLogic nameservers, and serves an ad-routing script rather than an HR portal. And settle who actually employed you first, because most hotels flying a Marriott flag are franchised and their staff are not on Marriott's payroll.

If you no longer work there
Marriott has no alumni website. alumni.marriott.com and myhr.marriott.com exist as names inside marriott.com but have no web address behind them, so neither ever loads, and marriottalumni.com, which Marriott does hold through its corporate registrar, is the same story. The route that does exist is eidhelp.marriott.com, titled Marriott EID and Password Support. Its support menu sorts people by relationship to the company, and two of those categories are for people who have already gone: "Separated Employee" and "Severance Associate (Active)". Choose the one that matches you and follow that path, rather than assuming your Enterprise ID was simply deleted the day you left. If a franchisee or a hotel management company employed you, none of this applies, because Marriott never issued you an EID; contact the employer named on your W-2 instead. Either way, ask for specific pay dates rather than a general records request, and remember a W-2 summarizes a tax year rather than replacing a stub.
Addresses that no longer work
- 4myhr.com — It is not Marriott's any more, and this is the single most-republished error about Marriott pay. The domain now sits on ParkLogic nameservers (ns1.parklogic.com, ns2.parklogic.com) and is registered through Dynadot to "Super Privacy Service LTD c/o Dynadot" with a creation date of 3 May 2023 - a re-registration, not Marriott's original record, which was held under its corporate registrar. The page it serves shows "Redirecting... Loading . . ." and runs a script that POSTs to router.parklogic.com to choose an advertising destination, with ad-blocker detection built in; the server header is openresty. It refuses a plain command-line request outright and answers only a browser user agent. There is no Marriott branding and no HR content on it. Do not type an EID and password there.
- 4myhr.marriott.com — It never loads. Marriott publishes no web address behind this name, so the browser gives up before it reaches any server - there is nothing on the other end to connect to. People reach for it on the reasonable assumption that Marriott's HR site must be a marriott.com subdomain, but mhub.marriott.com is the one that answers.
- Starwood One (starwoodone.com) — Marriott still owns it, registered through CSC Corporate Domains since 2000, and over HTTP it issues a 301 to https://www.marriott.com. That is the consumer booking homepage, with no HR or payroll content whatever, so ex-Starwood associates land on a hotel search rather than a pay portal. Over HTTPS the host does not respond at all; the connection times out.
- marriottalumni.com and alumni.marriott.com — Neither serves anything. marriottalumni.com is registered to Marriott through its corporate registrar, CSC, and points at CSC's own name servers, but no web address is published behind it - it is held defensively and never loads. alumni.marriott.com behaves the same way: the name exists inside marriott.com, nothing is published behind it, and the page cannot open. There is no Marriott alumni portal to find; the former-associate path runs through eidhelp.marriott.com instead.
mHUB: what the sign-in actually looks like
mhub.marriott.com serves no login of its own. It bounces you to extranetcloud.marriott.com and through an authorization step before the page settles, and what you end up looking at is titled Marriott Extranet Login, branded Marriott International, asking for an Enterprise ID (EID) and password. The address bar will look nothing like what you typed, and that is normal rather than a sign you have been redirected somewhere unsafe - which is exactly why the habit worth keeping is to start from mhub.marriott.com each time rather than from a link someone forwarded you. The page also offers "Use your Security Key to sign in" and a route to sign up for the Marriott Secure Access Program, and it states that passwords and Security Key PINs must be kept confidential and are not to be shared with anyone. That rules out the common shortcut of asking a manager to pull your stub under their own credentials. One address to keep separate: mgs.marriott.com, Marriott Global Source, is a business and brand-resources site, not a pay system.
Franchised hotels: the flag is not the employer
Marriott's fiscal 2025 annual report says of its associate numbers that "These numbers do not include hotel personnel employed by our independent franchisees and licensees or management companies hired by our franchisees and licensees", and the properties it franchises or licenses greatly outnumber the ones it operates itself. So a Courtyard or a Fairfield can carry Marriott signage while your paycheck comes from an entirely separate hotel management company. If that is your situation, no EID was ever issued to you and mHUB will never let you in, however many times you use "Forgot your EID?". Read the employer name on your W-2 or stub, then approach that company's payroll office. This distinction is the single most common reason people stall here.
Frequently asked questions
Is 4myHR still Marriott's employee portal?
No. 4myhr.com is now a parked, ad-monetized domain: ParkLogic nameservers, a Dynadot registration behind a privacy proxy dated May 2023, and a page whose only job is to POST to router.parklogic.com and forward you to an advertiser. It carries no Marriott branding and no HR content. Marriott's live sign-in is mhub.marriott.com. Never enter an Enterprise ID or password at 4myhr.com.
I have left Marriott. Is there an alumni portal?
There is not. alumni.marriott.com has no web address behind it at all, and marriottalumni.com, although Marriott holds the name, leads nowhere either. What does exist is eidhelp.marriott.com, titled Marriott EID and Password Support, whose support menu includes "Separated Employee" and "Severance Associate (Active)" as distinct categories. Start there with the category matching your status, rather than assuming your Enterprise ID has been erased.
I worked at a Marriott hotel but I have no Enterprise ID. Why?
Because a franchisee or a management company employed you, not Marriott International. Marriott's fiscal 2025 annual report says its associate numbers do not include hotel personnel employed by its independent franchisees and licensees, or by the management companies those franchisees hire, and franchised and licensed properties greatly outnumber the ones Marriott operates itself. Those employers issue their own credentials and run their own payroll. The name on your W-2 tells you which company to ask.
