How to Get Your Pay Stub From Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut pay runs through Yum!'s pay.yum.com and alumni.yum.com, not Hut Link. Fetched addresses, the hutlink.com trap and the NPC International dead end.

Yum! Brands routes pay for its own Pizza Hut employees through pay.yum.com, which hands off to an Oracle Fusion Cloud tenant; former employees use alumni.yum.com instead. Hut Link, at hutlink.yum.com, is the brand's business portal and asks for a Yum!-issued or Learning Zone ID. It is not a paystub site, despite being the address most guides publish. And 99% of Pizza Hut units are franchised, so for most U.S. team members the record sits with a franchise operator such as Flynn, not with Yum!.

Current employees

pay.yum.com (Yum! Brands, Oracle Fusion Cloud): https://pay.yum.com/

If you no longer work there

alumni.yum.com is a real, working former-employee site and says so on its face: "This site is for former employees only, If you are currently working with the company. Please go to pay.yum.com". Sign in with your old Yum! network credentials; if the password is gone, password.yum.com is Yum!'s identity-management reset tool. There is one sharp cutoff worth knowing. The same page carries a second line offering a different route for anyone whose date of departure from Yum!, Pizza Hut, KFC or Taco Bell was prior to 12.31.2020, and that link goes to a W-2 request form on Yum!'s URAM system at iam.yum.com rather than to the ordinary alumni sign-in. Pick whichever matches your leaving date. If you worked in a franchised restaurant none of this applies, because Yum! never held your payroll record; write to the franchise company named on your final W-2 and ask its payroll office for the specific pay periods.

Addresses that no longer work

  • hutlink.com (the Hut Link name without the yum.com part) — It loads, and it has nothing to do with Pizza Hut. hutlink.com is registered through Hostinger on NS1.DNS-PARKING.COM and NS2.DNS-PARKING.COM, answers from 168.231.76.212, and serves a page titled simply "Hutlink" with no Yum! or Pizza Hut branding anywhere and a header image named coverDatingYellow.png. It has been registered since 2012 and is unrelated to Yum! Brands. The real portal is hutlink.yum.com; do not type a Yum! password into the short version.
  • npcinternational.com (NPC International, the largest Pizza Hut franchisee until its 2020 bankruptcy) — The domain is still registered - Network Solutions, created 1997, paid through 2028 - and still resolves, to 104.143.58.49, an address in a Columbus Telephone Company range in Kansas. But nothing answers: connections to port 80 and port 443 both time out rather than refusing or redirecting. Ex-NPC staff cannot retrieve anything here. Those restaurants passed to other operators and the payroll records went with the buyer.
  • learningzone.yum.com — It no longer leads anywhere. The name still exists inside yum.com, but Yum! publishes no web address behind it, so a browser has nothing to connect to and a command-line fetch cannot even find a host to reach. The odd part is that the name survives anyway: the Hut Link sign-in page still instructs you to "Use your Yum!-issued or Learning Zone ID and password", so the credential outlived the website it was named after. Reset it at password.yum.com, not at any Learning Zone address.

pay.yum.com does not stay at pay.yum.com

Type the address and you are handed on three times, ending at eczd.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com on a welcome page inside Oracle's Fusion Cloud suite. That is expected, not a hijack: Yum! rents its HR and finance system from Oracle, so the long address in the bar is where the payslip actually lives while pay.yum.com is the short front door worth keeping. Two practical consequences follow. Bookmark the short address rather than the Oracle one, because tenant URLs are the part that changes. And the credential is your ordinary Yum! network sign-in, not a separate payroll password, so if it has lapsed the place to fix it is password.yum.com, which answers directly under the title GIAM. None of this helps if Yum! was never your employer, which for Pizza Hut is the usual case.

Almost every Pizza Hut belongs to somebody else

Yum!'s fiscal 2025 annual report puts the Pizza Hut Division at 99% franchised and states that at 31 December 2025, 97% of the units across all its brands were operated by independent franchisees or licensees. The operating company is often large and well known in its own right - Flynn Group, for one, lists Pizza Hut among the brands it runs - but it is a separate employer with its own payroll software, and neither pay.yum.com nor alumni.yum.com will recognise you. Find the operating company's name on your final W-2 or on the top line of an old stub, then ask that company's payroll office directly, quoting the store number and the exact pay dates you want. If the restaurant has changed hands since you left, the records for your period stay with the operator that employed you then, not with whoever runs the building now.

Frequently asked questions

Is Hut Link where I download my Pizza Hut pay stub?

Probably not. hutlink.yum.com is live and genuinely Yum!'s, but it presents itself as a business portal for current Yum! employees and contractors, franchisees, licensees and approved suppliers, and asks for a Yum!-issued or Learning Zone ID. The address Yum! itself points current employees to for pay is pay.yum.com, which lands in an Oracle Fusion Cloud tenant. Franchise team members have neither.

I left Pizza Hut years ago. Which site do I use?

alumni.yum.com, which states on its sign-in page that it is for former employees only. Watch the cutoff: the page carries a separate link for anyone whose departure from Yum!, Pizza Hut, KFC or Taco Bell was prior to 12.31.2020, routing those requests to Yum!'s URAM form at iam.yum.com rather than to the ordinary alumni sign-in. Pick the route that matches your leaving date.

I worked for NPC International. Where did my records go?

Not to npcinternational.com. The domain still resolves to a Kansas IP address, but connections to it time out on both port 80 and port 443; nothing is served. NPC's Pizza Hut restaurants were sold out of its 2020 bankruptcy and the employment records moved with the buying operator. Contact whichever company runs those restaurants now, or the entity named on your final W-2, and ask its payroll administrator.
