• "Publix Passport" at passport.publix.com — Dead - the hostname does not exist. dig returns ';; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NXDOMAIN' with zero answer records (control query for apps.publix.org on the same resolver resolves normally to apps.publix.org.edgekey.net), and curl fails before any HTTP request with 'curl: (6) Could not resolve host: passport.publix.com'. There is no redirect - the name simply is not in Publix's DNS (publix.com is served by Akamai nameservers a1-147.akam.net et al.). The Internet Archive's last captures are from March-April 2023 and show a WordPress installation (robots.txt read verbatim: 'User-agent: *' / 'Disallow: /wp-admin/' / 'Sitemap: https://passport.publix.com/sitemap.xml') with dated blog-style permalinks - not a Publix payroll portal. Competitor pay-stub sites still send Publix associates here.
• "Publix Passport" at publixpassport.com — Resolves and returns HTTP 200, but it is NOT Publix - it is a parked domain. It answers on 103.224.182.212 (a domain-parking range), and its TLS certificate is a Let's Encrypt cert with subject CN=fuinjutsu.com, not a Publix certificate. The entire page reads: title 'publixpassport.com', body 'publixpassport.com Click here to enter'. Publix's real associate site uses a DigiCert EV certificate issued to 'Publix Super Markets, Inc.'. Anyone typing this name expecting a login lands on an unrelated parked domain.
• "Publix Oasis" as a pay stub portal (oasis.publix.com / oasis.publix.org) — Neither hostname exists publicly: dig returns NXDOMAIN for oasis.publix.com and for oasis.publix.org, and curl fails with 'Could not resolve host'. 'Oasis' is real inside Publix - the string oasis-sso-prf.publix.org appears in the SAN list of Publix's own TLS certificate - but it is an internal system with no public front door, and publix.org's own navigation labels that area 'Scheduling', not 'Oasis'. Articles telling associates to 'log in to Publix Oasis' for pay stubs are pointing at a name with no reachable address.
• Third-party lookalikes: publixpassports.org, publixorgpassport.com, publix-passport.com, publixpassportlogin.com, publixpassport.com.co — All live, none owned by Publix. publixpassports.org answers on 104.131.78.79 (DigitalOcean) and publixorgpassport.com on Cloudflare IPs 104.21.46.42 / 172.67.223.156; none serves a Publix certificate. They rank for 'Publix Passport login' and reproduce login instructions, but an associate entering credentials on any of them is not on a Publix system. Publix's only associate-facing web property confirmed by certificate is publix.org (alongside corporate.publix.com, jobs.publix.com and other *.publix.com / *.publix.org hosts).

Where the stubs actually are: PASSport at publix.org

Publix's associate site is PASSport, and it lives at https://www.publix.org/. Once you are signed in, your pay statements are at publix.org/pay/statements; request that address while signed out and it simply bounces you to publix.org/LogIn, which is how you can tell the page is real and just gated rather than gone. The site's top navigation is grouped into Workplace, Career & Self Development, Health & Wellness, Financial and Company, but the pay statements section itself is only visible after sign-in, so go by the URL rather than by a menu path copied from another site. Associate sign-in runs through Microsoft's identity service, and publix.org links a Microsoft Authenticator help page, so if your account is enrolled in app-based two-step verification you will need the phone you set it up on. We confirmed on 2026-08-28 that publix.org belongs to Publix from the site's own extended-validation TLS certificate, issued to Publix Super Markets, Inc. of Lakeland, Florida and covering publix.org, apps.publix.org and corporate.publix.com.

The Publix Passport addresses that no longer work

Most pages about Publix pay stubs still send people to an address that is dead or was never Publix at all. passport.publix.com no longer exists: the hostname returns NXDOMAIN, there is no redirect, and the last archived captures of it show an unrelated WordPress blog, not a payroll portal. publixpassport.com does load, but it is not Publix — it answers from a domain-parking IP range, its certificate is a free Let's Encrypt certificate issued to an unrelated name, and the entire page is one line of text with a "Click here to enter" link. "Publix Oasis" is a real internal system name, but it has no public front door: neither oasis.publix.com nor oasis.publix.org resolves at all, so any article telling you to log in to Oasis for pay stubs is pointing at an address that does not answer. Finally, a cluster of lookalikes — publixpassports.org, publixorgpassport.com, publix-passport.com, publixpassportlogin.com and publixpassport.com.co — are live, rank for "Publix Passport login" and republish login instructions, but none of them serves a Publix certificate; one sits on a DigitalOcean IP, another behind Cloudflare. Typing your associate credentials into any of them hands them to a stranger. The only associate-facing addresses confirmed by Publix's own certificate are publix.org and its subdomains, plus corporate.publix.com and jobs.publix.com. All of the above was checked on 2026-08-28.

If you have already left Publix

The clean version of this problem is solved before it starts: while you still have PASSport access, download every pay statement you may need as a PDF, because that is the only route confirmed to work. After separation, Publix publishes no public self-service portal for former associates, and it does not state anywhere how long — or whether — a PASSport login keeps working past your last day. Third-party sites give confident answers in both directions and neither is sourced from Publix, so the honest advice is to try your existing login first and see what happens. If it no longer works, go to people rather than portals. The store or facility where you worked is the practical first stop, since your management team can route a payroll request internally. Publix's corporate office is 3300 Publix Corporate Parkway, Lakeland, FL 33811, telephone 863-688-1188 — that is the contact Publix itself files with the SEC — and you should ask to be routed to Payroll with your full name, dates of employment and store number ready. Publix also publishes 800-242-1227 on its own site for general requests, but that is a customer contact number rather than a payroll line, so treat it as a fallback.

Publix pay frequency, and what else sits behind the same login

Hourly associates are paid weekly. That comes from Publix's own careers site, which lists "Weekly pay for all hourly associates" among the core benefits for all associates. Publix does not publish a pay frequency for salaried associates anywhere public, and it does not publish which weekday payday falls on, so treat any page that names a specific payday or a bank that pays a day early as unsourced. The same associate login also gates the other documents people usually turn up looking for: there is a W-2 instructions page at publix.org/my-documents/w-2-instructions, a direct deposit page at publix.org/direct-deposit, and an employment and wage verification page at publix.org/work-resources/employment-wage-verification. All three redirect anonymous visitors to the login, which is one more reason to pull down whatever you need while your access is still live.

When you cannot get the original document

If Publix cannot get you copies in the time you have, there is a federal fallback for the numbers themselves: IRS Form 4506-T requests a free Wage and Income transcript showing what Publix reported for you for a given tax year. It is not a pay stub and it will not show a single pay period, but for a landlord or a lender who needs annual earnings confirmed, it is an official document that does not depend on your former employer answering the phone.
