• Starbucks Partner Hub (as a standalone pay stub portal hostname) — DNS NXDOMAIN - the hostname does not resolve at all and never loads. This is the single most-published wrong URL: paystub-generator blogs and "partner hours" SEO sites route readers here for pay stubs. The real Partner Hub lives at partner.starbucks.com, is a SharePoint intranet, and is not the pay statement portal.
• MyPartnerInfo (MPI) — DNS NXDOMAIN - does not resolve. Notable because Starbucks itself STILL uses the legacy "MPI" branding: the official starbucksbenefits.com contact page labels its Partner Central button "Log in to MPI" (and that button's href is broken). The name survived; the hostname did not.
• MyPartnerInfo external portal — DNS NXDOMAIN - does not resolve. Published by "partner hours" sites as the former-employee "primary resource" for pay stubs. It is dead.
• Starbucks Partners portal — DNS NXDOMAIN - does not resolve (note the plural; the live host is the singular partner.starbucks.com).
• My Starbucks Partner — DNS NXDOMAIN - does not resolve. An SEO site asserts this is "the ONLY official website" for partner access; it is not a working site.
• ADP iPay / iPayStatements — HTTP/1.0 302 Moved Temporarily, Location: https://my.adp.com - ADP retired the iPay hostname and folded it into my.adp.com. Widely republished as the Starbucks pay stub login. Separately, no source I could reach confirms Starbucks uses ADP for partner pay statements at all - the verified evidence points to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Partner Hub (live, but it is the intranet - NOT the pay stub portal) — HTTP/1.0 301 Moved Permanently, Location: https://retailstarbucks1com.sharepoint.com/sites/partnerhub. That SharePoint target returns HTTP 403 Forbidden without Microsoft SSO. So Partner Hub is real, but it is a SharePoint intranet reachable only from an authenticated session - Starbucks' own benefits page points pay statements to Partner Central, not Partner Hub.

Partner Central is the pay statement portal

Starbucks calls its employees "partners", so a URL with "partner" in it means the employee system, not a franchise or vendor site. Pay statements sit in Partner Central at https://partnercentral.starbucks.com. That address is a redirect chain: it hands you to SAP SuccessFactors (hcm41.sapsf.com with company=Starbucks), through a SAML identity provider, and finally to Starbucks single sign-on at id.starbucks.com — which is why there is no separate payroll username and password to remember. Starbucks' own benefits site spells out what Partner Central covers: view your pay statement, see your vacation and sick balances, enter time off, enroll in or manage direct deposit, update your mailing address, monitor benefits eligibility and leave of absence hours, and update your tax withholding. It adds one catch worth knowing before you try: to make changes you have to log in from a Starbucks device. From your personal device, you can only look.

The Starbucks pay stub URLs that no longer work

Most pages ranking for this question hand you a hostname that does not resolve at all. partnerhub.starbucks.com is the most republished wrong answer and returns NXDOMAIN — it never loads, for anyone. mypartnerinfo.starbucks.com is also dead, which is confusing because Starbucks still uses the legacy "MPI" name: the button on the official starbucksbenefits.com contact page is labeled "Log in to MPI", and that button's link is broken in the page's own HTML (its address is a stray curly quote), so Starbucks does not currently publish a working Partner Central link there. Type partnercentral.starbucks.com into the address bar yourself instead. Also dead: mypartnerinfo-ext.starbucks.com, still promoted as the former-employee route; partners.starbucks.com with an s; and mystarbuckspartner.com, which one site calls the only official partner website. The old ADP address ipay.adp.com now redirects to my.adp.com, and no Starbucks-owned page we checked points partners to ADP for pay statements — the verified chain from partnercentral.starbucks.com ends at SAP SuccessFactors. Finally, partner.starbucks.com is real but is not the payroll portal: it redirects to a SharePoint intranet that returns 403 Forbidden without Microsoft sign-in.

If you have already left Starbucks

No Starbucks-owned page we could reach publishes a self-service pay stub route for former partners — the official benefits page lists Partner Central under "Starbucks internal resources" and says nothing at all about people who have separated. There is also no separate payroll hostname hiding somewhere: w2.starbucks.com, payroll.starbucks.com and former.starbucks.com all fail to resolve. Do not waste time on the alumni site — alumni.starbucks.com is genuinely Starbucks ("Starbucks Alumni Community"), but it is a networking community with no pay stub, W-2, payroll or Partner Central function anywhere in it. The number people reach for by mistake is the Starbucks Benefits Center, (877) SBUXBEN / 728-9236 at mysbuxben.com — that site redirects to Alight, and it handles medical, dental and COBRA, not payroll. If your reason for chasing a stub is that you have no employer payroll to chase — you are self-employed, you run a small business, or you pay yourself and a landlord or lender wants documentation — a pay stub generator lets you produce a clean record from your own real earnings figures. That is for income you actually paid or received; it is not a way to reproduce a Starbucks document.
