How to Get Your Pay Stub From Taco Bell
Taco Bell's own FAQ splits the answer: corporate staff use pay.yum.com and alumni.yum.com, franchise crew must ask their operator. Verified links inside.
Taco Bell's own help center answers this, and the answer has two halves. If you worked at a company location, payroll is Yum! Brands: current staff sign in at pay.yum.com, which forwards to Yum!'s Oracle Cloud, and former staff use alumni.yum.com, a site whose own banner reads "This site is for former employees only." If a franchisee hired you — and per Yum!'s fiscal 2025 annual report 93% of Taco Bell restaurants are franchised — Taco Bell tells you to contact that operator's own office instead.

If you no longer work there
Taco Bell's paystub FAQ names Oracle Alumni Access at alumni.yum.com for former corporate employees. The page states plainly: "This site is for former employees only, If you are currently working with the company. Please go to pay.yum.com". Sign in with your existing username and password; "Trouble Signing In?" routes to password.yum.com/self-service/password. There is a hard cutoff most pages never mention: if your departure from Yum!, Pizza Hut, KFC or Taco Bell was before 12.31.2020, the alumni page sends W-2 requests to a separate form at iam.yum.com/uram/requestW2, which asks for an email address and a CAPTCHA. For company locations, [email protected] is the working contact. If a franchisee employed you, none of this applies — Taco Bell's FAQ tells franchise employees to "reach out directly to your franchise's corporate office or franchise Human Resources team" for current or prior employment paystub resources. A W-2 is an annual tax summary, not a substitute for an individual pay statement; ask for the specific pay dates you need.
Addresses that no longer work
- mytacobell.com — published by several sites as the MyTacoBell employee login — Answers HTTP 200 and serves nothing at all. The entire response is 94 bytes: an empty HTML document with a blank <title> and a single <meta name="revised" content="1.1.7" /> tag, with no body content and no login form. It does not redirect to mytacobell.yum.com, so anyone who types the .com by mistake gets a white page rather than an error they can diagnose.
- yum.taleo.net and tacobell.taleo.net — Yum!'s old Taleo applicant system — Both are NXDOMAIN on Google (8.8.8.8), Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) and Quad9 (9.9.9.9). The hostnames no longer exist, so there is nothing to redirect; a browser reports that the server cannot be found rather than forwarding you anywhere.
- HR-sounding tacobell.com subdomains quoted in listicles — employees.tacobell.com, hr.tacobell.com and paystub.tacobell.com are NXDOMAIN on all three resolvers, as is tacobellemployee.com. These are not typos to correct — the hostnames were never registered.
- Oracle Alumni Access for anyone who left before 12.31.2020 — Still live, but it does not serve that era from the same place. alumni.yum.com displays its own carve-out: "If date of departure from Yum!, Pizza Hut, KFC or Taco Bell was prior to 12.31.2020, please click here", linking to a separate W-2 request form at iam.yum.com/uram/requestW2 (fetched: HTTP 200, title "URAM", asks for an email address plus a CAPTCHA).
What Taco Bell's help center actually says
Taco Bell publishes a paystub FAQ, last updated 3 July 2025. For company locations it gives one email, [email protected], and one phone number — and that number is worth reading twice, because Taco Bell prints it as (800) 733-226. That is nine digits, one short of a working US number, and other sites republish it exactly as printed. Use the email. The same FAQ sends former corporate employees to Oracle Alumni Access at alumni.yum.com, and tells franchise employees to "reach out directly to your franchise's corporate office or franchise Human Resources team" for current or prior employment paystub resources.
The Yum! sign-ons, and the December 2020 cutoff
Three Yum! addresses are live and each does one job. pay.yum.com returns a 301 to Yum!'s Oracle Fusion Cloud tenant and is where alumni.yum.com tells current employees to go. mytacobell.yum.com is real too: it answers behind an IBM WebSEAL proxy on a certificate issued to Yum Brands, Inc., and its terms limit it to authorized Yum employees, franchisees and contractors. alumni.yum.com carries the detail nobody republishes: if your departure from Yum!, Pizza Hut, KFC or Taco Bell was before 12.31.2020, the page sends W-2 requests to a separate form at iam.yum.com/uram/requestW2. Password resets run through password.yum.com.
Frequently asked questions
Is mytacobell.yum.com the Taco Bell pay stub portal?
It is a real Yum! system — it answers on a certificate issued to Yum Brands, Inc. behind an IBM WebSEAL proxy, and it locks an account after ten failed attempts. But it is a gateway for authorized Yum employees, franchisees and contractors, not a public paystub download. Yum!'s own alumni site points current employees at pay.yum.com instead, and Taco Bell's help center points former corporate staff at alumni.yum.com.
I left Taco Bell. How do I get old pay stubs?
If you worked at a company location, Taco Bell's FAQ names Oracle Alumni Access at alumni.yum.com, whose banner reads that the site is for former employees only. If your departure was before 12.31.2020, that page hands W-2 requests to a separate form at iam.yum.com/uram/requestW2. If a franchisee employed you, none of this applies: Taco Bell tells you to contact that operator's corporate office or HR team directly.
Why doesn't Taco Bell's payroll phone number work?
Because the number printed on Taco Bell's own paystub FAQ is incomplete. It reads (800) 733-226 — nine digits, where a US number needs ten. Other sites republish it exactly as printed. The email on the same page, [email protected], is the reliable contact for company-location payroll. For franchise employment, no Yum! number will help; the operator named on your W-2 holds those records.
