How to Get Your Pay Stub From Tyson Foods
Tyson pay statements are on Paperless Employee, not the Okta network login. The right address, the account you must create, and the acquisition carve-out.
Tyson Foods pay statements are on Paperless Employee at paperlessemployee.com/tyson — not on the Tyson network login most team members use for work. That site's menu lists My Forms Center, Pay Statements and Year-End Tax Statements, and it runs on a user ID and password you create yourself. Tyson's own W-2 page confirms Paperless Employee covers all team members except those who came in through the AdvancePierre and Original Philly acquisitions, and gives a W-2 Hotline on 1-877-824-0707 for questions about reaching tax documents.

If you no longer work there
Tyson's setup works in your favour here. The Paperless Employee account uses a user ID and password you created on that site, not your Tyson network credentials, so it does not necessarily stop working the day your network account is switched off — unlike the Okta login at login.tyson.com, which does. Try paperlessemployee.com/tyson first and use Forgot User ID or Forgot Password if the details are gone. The catch is recovery: the site sends mail to the address on your profile, and if you registered with a plant email you can no longer read, that route is closed to you. In that case, or if the statements you need are older than what the site holds, call Tyson's W-2 Hotline on 1-877-824-0707 — it is the number Tyson publishes for reaching tax and pay documents.
Addresses that no longer work
- CIC Plus (cicplus.com) — Redirects to https://www.experian.com/employer-services/. The portal did not move — the vendor was renamed, and the Tyson login page at paperlessemployee.com/tyson now carries an Experian Employer Services footer.
- mytyson.com — Does not resolve; a browser returns a server-not-found error. Tyson has no site at that address. The internal tools people mean by "MyTyson" sit behind the Okta login at login.tyson.com.
- advancepierre.com — Does not resolve. This one matters: Tyson's own W-2 page excludes AdvancePierre-acquired team members from Paperless Employee, and there is no surviving AdvancePierre site to fall back on. (Original Philly's old domain does still redirect, but only to tysonfoodservice.com, a product site with no payroll tools.)
- tysonfoods.com/team-member-resources — Returns a 404 on Tyson's live site, as do /teammembers and /paperless. The two team-member pages that do work are /login and /w2-tax-information.
Two Tyson logins, and only one of them has stubs
tysonfoods.com/login is the Okta sign-in for work systems. Tyson's page there tells you to use your network username and password, and lists what it opens: Workday, Kronos, Concur, ProofPoint On Demand, GetThere, Dash Portal and Pulse Secure. That is the login people try first, and it is not where statements are. Statements are at paperlessemployee.com/tyson, which Tyson links from its W-2 page. On a first visit you press Create Account and verify your identity rather than entering your network password. Get the path right as well: paperlessemployee.com/tysonfoods returns a 404.
The provider changed name, and two groups are carved out
The vendor behind Paperless Employee used to trade as CIC Plus, which is why older Tyson guides tell you to sign in with CIC Plus. That name is gone: cicplus.com now forwards to Experian's Employer Services site, and the Tyson login page footer credits Experian Employer Services. The site itself did not move. Separately, Tyson's W-2 page states that team members who joined through the AdvancePierre and Original Philly acquisitions are excluded from Paperless Employee. If that is you, the W-2 Hotline on 1-877-824-0707 is the route — advancepierre.com no longer resolves, so there is no legacy site to fall back on.
Frequently asked questions
Do I sign in to Paperless Employee with my Tyson network password?
No. Paperless Employee uses a user ID and password you create on that site the first time you visit, verifying your identity to do it. Your Tyson network username and password belong to the Okta sign-in at login.tyson.com, which opens Workday, Kronos and the rest — not pay statements. Team members regularly lock themselves out by trying network credentials on paperlessemployee.com/tyson. Press Create Account instead.
I no longer work at Tyson. Can I still get a statement?
Start at paperlessemployee.com/tyson, because that login is not tied to your Tyson network account — it is a separate user ID you set up yourself. Use the Forgot User ID and Forgot Password links if the details are gone; the site sends recovery mail to the address on your profile, so a plant email address you can no longer read is the usual obstacle. If that fails, Tyson's W-2 Hotline on 1-877-824-0707 is the published line.
Why does the login page say Experian now?
Because the vendor changed names, not because you are on the wrong site. Paperless Employee was run by CIC Plus; cicplus.com now forwards to Experian's Employer Services pages, and the Tyson login page footer credits Experian Employer Services. The address Tyson links from its own W-2 page is still paperlessemployee.com/tyson. If the page greets Tyson Foods employees by name and offers Pay Statements, you are in the right place.
