Which system holds your records depends on the tax year and your job level — UPS publishes the matrix itself in "Accessing Your Electronic W-2s" (upsers.com, dated Oct 2025). Tax year 2023 and earlier: ADP, at https://my.adp.com. If you never registered with ADP while employed, you can still self-register: choose "I have a registration code", enter the registration code UPS-Brown, then your legal name, the W-2 year, your seven-digit employee number as the control number, company code WWQ, the ZIP code you lived at when the W-2 was issued, and your SSN; ADP then verifies you by phone/email. Tax years 2024 and 2025: either "My Pay" (reached through UPSers.com, so it needs a live UPSers login) or "My Records" at https://myrecords.dayforce.com — full-time management is on My Pay for both years; specialists, part-time management and hourly employees are on My Pay or My Records depending on their four-digit region/district (RRDD), which the PDF lists explicitly. My Records is the practical route once you have left, because you register there without UPS SSO: click "Sign up now", enter your email address to receive a one-time security code (valid 10 minutes), then enter that code plus the last 4 digits of your SSN, and set a password and security questions. Once in, click "My Documents", set Document Type to "W-2/W-2C", pick the year and click Search. The catch for former employees: the email must match the one on your Workday profile — if that is a UPS address you no longer have, UPS's PDF says to email the Payroll team at [email protected] to verify the email on file. Note this route is documented for W-2s/W-2Cs; UPS does not publicly document post-separation access to individual pay statements, so if you need actual stubs rather than a W-2, ask Payroll at [email protected].

Addresses that no longer work

• ADP (my.adp.com) as "the" UPS pay stub / W-2 portal — The URL is alive (HTTP 200 → online.adp.com sign-in) but it is no longer where current UPS earnings records live, which is the trap. UPS's own "Accessing Your Electronic W-2s" matrix (upsers.com PDF, last-modified 2025-10-20) puts ADP only in the 2023 column; the 2024 and 2025 columns are "My Pay" and "My Records". Advice that says "UPS employees get their W-2 from ADP with company code WWQ" is correct only for tax year 2023 and earlier.
• UPS Freight — Dead — DNS does not resolve for either upsfreight.com or www.upsfreight.com (dig returns no records; curl exits with a connection failure, HTTP status 000). UPS sold the business: its Form 8-K for the event dated January 24, 2021 (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1090727/000109072721000006/ups-20210124.htm, HTTP 200) states UPS "has agreed sell all of its equity interests in its UPS Ground Freight, Inc. subsidiary to TFI International Inc." It now trades as TForce Freight (https://www.tforcefreight.com, HTTP 200). Anyone who worked for UPS Freight after the 2021 close is not a UPS payroll record and will not find stubs on UPSers, My Records or UPS's ADP account.
• UPS Taleo careers/application portal — Dead — DNS does not resolve (no A record; curl HTTP status 000). Old ups.taleo.net/careersection/... application links are broken. UPS careers now live at https://www.jobs-ups.com (HTTP 200).
• UPS Jobs (upsjobs.com) — Redirects — HTTP 200 with effective URL https://www.jobs-ups.com/us/en/. The domain still works, but the canonical careers brand is jobs-ups.com.
• UPSers HR section (/hr path) — HTTP 404 (final URL https://www.upsers.com/hr/, UPSers 404 page). There is no /hr path on upsers.com; HR tools sit behind the SSO login at /us/en/tools-and-resources/.

Current UPS employees: UPSers.com, then View Paycheck

UPSers.com is the employee portal. Both upsers.com and www.upsers.com land on the same page, https://www.upsers.com/us/en/welcome.html, and the sign-in button hands you to UPS single sign-on at /saml-login.html. The login format is spelled out on UPS's own new-user registration page: enter your Employee ID followed by @ups.com, click Next, then enter your PIN, then your 12-character password. Once you are signed in, the path to a stub is short — UPS documents it in its own PDF, "Accessing Your Electronic W-2s", published on upsers.com: click View Paycheck on the UPSers.com homepage, then click View Pay Details. Tax documents live one tab over, under Year End Forms. Do not waste time searching for a direct link to the pay page. The robots file on upsers.com blocks everything except the welcome pages, and the signed-in URLs — /us/en/tools-and-resources/pay-and-benefits.html, for example — simply bounce you back to the SAML sign-in when you are not authenticated. Start at the homepage and log in first; that is why so few real UPSers pages ever show up in search results.

Locked out of UPSers

UPS publishes the password reset for the portal at https://epsas.ups.com/sas/tim_fp_login.jsp?currlang=en_US, its Security Administration System, and links it from the public help page at https://www.upsers.com/us/en/welcome/general-help.html. That same help page points current employees at the SMC Employee Center, https://upsprod.service-now.com/sp?id=index, for support requests once you can sign in. For anything about the pay or W-2 record itself — including a former employee whose registration email no longer matches the one UPS has on file — UPS names its Payroll team at [email protected]. Retirees have their own address on the help page: [email protected], listed for non-technical support including benefits and personal contact information. One caution: UPS does not publish an employee-facing HR phone number on any page we could fetch from a UPS-owned domain, so work through the reset link and the two email addresses above rather than a number copied off a third-party blog.

If you worked for the freight business after that sale closed, your pay is not a UPS payroll record and it will not appear on UPSers, in My Records, or in UPS's ADP account. ups.taleo.net: dead, no DNS record. Old application links into ups.taleo.net/careersection/... are broken; UPS careers now live at https://www.jobs-ups.com. upsjobs.com: still works, but only as a redirect — it lands on https://www.jobs-ups.com/us/en/. It is the careers site either way, not a payroll portal. upsers.com/hr: returns a 404 on UPS's own error page. There is no /hr path; HR tools sit behind the SSO login under /us/en/tools-and-resources/.

How often UPS pays, and what to do if you need a record now

For hourly warehouse and package-handling roles, UPS lists weekly pay among the advantages of the job on its own careers site, at https://www.jobs-ups.com/us/en/warehouse-workers. That is the only pay frequency UPS states publicly. Nothing on a UPS-owned page gives the cadence for management or salaried roles, so do not assume weekly applies to everyone — check the pay calendar in My Pay for your own role. Practically, that means a missing stub is a portal problem, not a paperwork problem: only UPS can issue a copy of a UPS pay statement, through the portal you are routed to or through Payroll at [email protected], and a My Records registration adds a step because the email on your employee profile has to be current before the one-time code reaches you.
