How to Get Your Pay Stub From Walmart

If you no longer work there

Former associates use the same OneWalmart sign-in they used as employees — there is no separate ex-employee website. Start at one.walmart.com/walmartalumni (the official page is titled "Walmart Alumni And Former Employee Info: W2 / Paystub / Cobra Insurance Options"); one.walmart.com/formerassociate reaches the same former-associate hub. Sign in with your Walmart Identification Number (WIN) and password; the portal's paystub view asks for a second check of date of birth plus WIN. Tax documents live under one.walmart.com/taxcenter (W-2 specifically at one.walmart.com/w2). Because access to the portal can lapse after separation and Walmart does not publish how long it lasts, download and save PDFs of any stubs and W-2s you still need while you can. If you can no longer sign in, call Walmart People Services at 1-800-421-1362 and ask for copies of your earnings statements. If the request is actually a lender, landlord or agency wanting proof of income rather than the stub itself, Walmart routes that through The Work Number (Equifax Workforce Solutions, formerly TALX) using Walmart employer/company code 10108 — the verifier line in Walmart's own document is 1-800-367-5690, and you can release earnings-level detail by getting an authorization code yourself first.

Addresses that no longer work

• WalmartOne — Completely dead — and, importantly, it does NOT redirect. walmartone.com returns NOERROR/NODATA with no A, AAAA, CNAME or MX record on three independent resolvers (system, 8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1); www.walmartone.com is NXDOMAIN on all three. curl fails with exit code 6 ("could not resolve host") — there is no HTTP response at all, so there is nothing to 301. Walmart still holds the registration defensively (MarkMonitor nameservers ns1-ns7.markmonitor.com, SOA hostmaster.markmonitor.com) and has published "v=spf1 -all" to disavow all mail from it — the signature of a retired brand domain. Nearly every competitor page states that walmartone.com "now redirects to one.walmart.com"; that claim is false as of this check.
• Walmart Wire (wire.walmart.com) — NXDOMAIN on system, 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 — the hostname does not exist and serves nothing. The old "Wire" intranet name survives only as an internal AEM content path (/content/uswire/...) behind one.walmart.com; one.walmart.com/wire itself returns 404.
• wmlink (wmlink.wal-mart.com, e.g. the old wmlink/2step shortcuts) — Dead: NOERROR but no A, AAAA or CNAME record on 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1, so it resolves to no address and curl fails with exit code 6. Two-step verification is now reached inside OneWalmart (Company > Support > 2-Step Verification).
• "Walmart Alumni portal" published as one.walmart.com/alumni — HTTP 404. The working vanity is one.walmart.com/walmartalumni (HTTP 200 -> /content/uswire/en_us/me/walmart-alumni-portal.html). Likewise one.walmart.com/paystubs (plural) 404s while /paystub works, and /formerassociates (plural) 404s while /formerassociate works — competitors routinely publish the plural forms.

Where the stub actually is: OneWalmart

Walmart keeps payroll documents behind a single portal, OneWalmart, at one.walmart.com. That address is gated by Walmart's own single sign-on, so the first thing the site does is hand you to Walmart's identity provider rather than show you the portal — your Walmart Identification Number (WIN) and password get you through it. The pay stub view then re-checks who you are: Walmart's own portal text asks for date of birth plus WIN before it will display a stub, so have the WIN in front of you before you start. There is also a shortcut, one.walmart.com/paystub, and it is genuine — it forwards to Walmart's internal OnlinePaystub application — but the address it forwards to only resolves from Walmart's network or a managed device. On home internet that link will simply fail to load, which is normal and not a sign your account is broken; sign in at one.walmart.com instead. Whatever you are collecting stubs for, save a PDF of each one while it is on screen. The copy on your own drive is the one that will still be there next year.

The Walmart addresses that are dead ends

walmartone.com is the address most pages still send people to, and it is worse than merely outdated: it does not redirect anywhere. The domain publishes no DNS records at all — no A, AAAA, CNAME or MX on any public resolver — so a browser reports that the site cannot be reached instead of forwarding you to OneWalmart, and the widely repeated claim that it now redirects is simply false. Walmart still holds the registration defensively and has published an SPF record disavowing all mail from it, which is the signature of a retired brand domain; mail claiming to come from walmartone.com is not from Walmart. The old intranet name wire.walmart.com is gone the same way — the hostname does not exist — and wmlink.wal-mart.com, home of the old wmlink two-step shortcut, no longer resolves either; two-step verification is now handled inside OneWalmart. One last trap: many sites publish the alumni page as one.walmart.com/alumni, which returns a 404. The working address is one.walmart.com/walmartalumni. The singular form matters elsewhere too — /paystub works and /paystubs does not, /formerassociate works and /formerassociates does not.

After you leave: the alumni route and your W-2

There is no separate ex-employee website. Former associates sign in with the same OneWalmart credentials they used on the clock, starting at one.walmart.com/walmartalumni — Walmart titles that page "Walmart Alumni And Former Employee Info: W2 / Paystub / Cobra Insurance Options" — or at one.walmart.com/formerassociate, which reaches the same hub. Tax documents sit apart from stubs: one.walmart.com/taxcenter is the tax center, and one.walmart.com/w2 goes to the W-2 page specifically. The catch is that portal access can lapse after you separate, and Walmart does not publish how long it lasts, so treat the login you still have as temporary: download and save PDFs of every stub and W-2 you might need while you can still get in. When someone needs to verify your Walmart income

If the real need is proof of income rather than the stub itself — a lender underwriting a loan, a leasing office, a benefits agency — Walmart does not handle that in-house. It routes employment and income verification through The Work Number, run by Equifax Workforce Solutions, the business Walmart's own paperwork still calls TALX. The employer code a verifier needs for Walmart is 10108, so if a form asks you for an employer or company code, that is the number. Earnings-level detail is not released automatically: Walmart's own verification document tells associates to obtain an authorization code themselves and pass it to the party doing the checking. Going this route is usually faster than assembling a stack of stubs, and the answer reaches the verifier from a third party rather than from you, which is what most underwriters prefer.

Pay dates, and what to do when nothing loads

Walmart pays biweekly — every other Friday, 26 pay dates a year. That comes from Walmart's own pay period calendar, and it is worth stating plainly because a great many pages say Thursday: the calendar marks Fridays, and across 2026 all 26 dates fall on a Friday exactly fourteen days apart, from January 9 through December 25. So a stub that is not there yet is often just timing; check the pay date before assuming something broke. Associates still working in a store can also take it to the personnel office and ask their People Lead, which is often the quickest fix for a login that will not take.
