Current employees: use the payroll route provided at work
Open the HR or payroll application your FedEx employer has provided and select the statement for the correct pay period. FedEx’s public PurpleID pages explain account and multi-factor authentication support; they do not publish the private payroll screen or guarantee one paystub menu for every worker. Ask your manager or payroll team for the correct application if it is not available in your account.
Resolve access separately from a missing payment
FedEx directs PurpleID sign-in problems to the local IT Service Desk. Its FAQ also covers a lost or replaced verification device. An IT reset can help you sign in, but payroll must answer a missing statement or disputed payment. Do not use a shipping-customer login as a payroll account.
Former employees and workers paid by another company
Check the legal employer on a previous statement and contact that employer’s payroll or HR team. Ask for the exact pay periods, your final statement if needed, and a secure delivery method. If another company paid you for delivery work, request its record rather than assuming FedEx can issue it. Do not assume an active-worker login survives after employment ends.
